The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM)
has issued a new regulation aimed at promoting the development of solar and
other renewable energy projects on public land. The purpose of the regulations
is to avoid possible conflicts applications, the use of public land for
renewable energy projects or mining. Previously, public land included in the
proposed application of solar or wind energy sites, still remain open mining
rights.
But the new regulations mean, BLM is now
entitled to temporary redeployment in the renewable energy space applications
and mining rights from land applications, such as wind or charge controller lease land.
Under the new regulations, the division of public land will be reserved up to
two years of solar or wind energy development. The new regulations replace the
BLM in November 2011 introduced a temporary final rule, the regulations
proposed division of public lands for the first time.
BLM said that prior to the entry into force
of the final rule, 216 new mining rights in the solar space applications. This
is divided by the mining rights can not be achieved, will simplify the
management of public lands. Eni announced that Libya
will help the development of solar energy projects, plans an alternative to
silicon solar technology through its research department, R & D cheaper
organic composite materials, thereby reducing the cost of solar power, reduce
the financial burden of the post-war Libya .
In another development, Libya in German
Honorary Consul Mike?? Kerr application rate before German business delegation
to visit Lee, including road construction professional company Vinci, a
provider of flexible solar panels power equipment ALGATEC, hydropower station construction
contractor PeacePower and housing construction station5 for. Kerr Shi said, Germany has the world's leading solar
technology, is committed to supporting self-sufficiency in power in Libya , the
country's business environment to assess and study the development of solar
energy projects.
Compared with the the precarious oil and gas
industry, Libya Solar has obvious advantages, not only help to stabilize the
economic situation in Libya, to meet the growing domestic demand for energy,
but also to enhance the rate of domestic employment. In addition, in the face
of sharp fluctuations in oil and gas prices continue to impact the concept of
green, solar energy is a favorable no minuses choice.
