Recently, the State Development and Reform
Commission issued the 2013 strategic emerging industries (energy) the first
batch of the central budget for investment projects, China's first megawatt
photovoltaic inverter R & D platform to get the special funds to support
the project, the construction will be completed by the end of this year .
The project consists of the construction of
Hubei DAY Electric Co., with a total investment of more than 8570 yuan.
Megawatt photovoltaic inverter R & D platform through centralized control
software to meet the remote PC control of various types of test equipment to
achieve high-power inverter type testing, factory test, research and
development test, measurement accuracy of identification level. Project after
construction, an annual 400-megawatt power sets inverter production, assembly,
testing capabilities.
The platform has integrated centralized
control and decentralized control advantages can be achieved frequent long
test, but also has perfect safety protection, and deal with a variety of
non-normal states and events. Products of the project was November 2012 through
science and technology achievement appraisal by experts determined that
"reached the international advanced level."
In 2010, UNDP published a report that China 's future
development in the green economy, low-carbon economy in the process, at least
60 key technologies, of which 42 have not mastered, these technologies or
patents, are vested in foreign hands. This means that if China is to
develop a low-carbon economy, green economy, we need to pay a heavy price to
buy the technology or patents.
High-power photovoltaic grid connected inverter technology
is the core technology of photovoltaic power generation system. Megawatt
photovoltaic inverter R & D platform after completion of the project, for
the increase of new energy technology development and innovation, to break the
foreign monopoly, import substitution, and enhancing our use of technology and
new energy technology and equipment level, is of great significance.
